In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, extended family, and friends along with gardening, running, and cooking.

Dr. Shah was inspired to become a physician in high school when she was part of Health Occupations Students of American (HOSA), where she shadowed healthcare providers, and in college when she was part of Project Sunshine, an organization helping children with disabilities. These opportunities pushed her to choose a field where she could aspire academically while providing compassionate care.

Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Shah treats adult, and geriatric patients with both chronic and acute conditions. She performs annual physicals and manages patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. She especially enjoys seeing her patients’ health improve over time. Dr. Shah’s goal is to provide compassionate, quality evidence-based health care while being an educator for her patients.
