Dr. Jaclyn Harrison cares for patients with a combination of exceptional clinical expertise and a compassionate personal touch. As a board-certified internal medicine physician and former associate professor and hospital medicine education chief, she is uniquely qualified to approach primary care from a preventive and educational perspective, blended with her extensive experience in diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide variety of medical conditions.

After growing up in the Houston area, Dr. Harrison attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and completed her internal medicine residency training at Georgetown University Hospital. She returned to her Texas roots and settled in Houston to focus on clinical patient care, treating acutely ill patients at Memorial Hermann Hospital – Texas Medical Center. Before joining White Oak Medical Associates, Dr. Harrison also provided clinical care and managed patient flow as associate medical director for the hospital-based physicians at Memorial Hermann Hospital – Greater Heights.

A resident of the Houston Heights, Dr. Harrison lives with her husband and two children and you can find Dr. Harrison spending time with her family, exploring local parks and eateries, and biking along the Houston Hike and Bike trail.
