If you have recently visited an emergency room or have been admitted to a hospital, it is very important to follow up with Dr. Harrison. The transition from emergency or hospital care can be a dangerous time for patients, and there is a risk of additional problems as health and medications change. Please schedule an appointment within one week of being discharged from the emergency room or hospital, or sooner if you are having continued or worsening symptoms. Bring the paperwork you received from the hospital, and let us know which facility you visited when you schedule your follow-up appointment.
